From his surgically precise turntablist techniques to his dancefloor shaking club sets and musical mastery to his production work, In 2009 Wordy team up withLos Angeles extraordinaire producer Soulspeak become one of the pioneering duo’s of electronic music in China.

Soulspeak has been producing for over 15 years and is a true master of the mpc and an accomplished musician and composer.  With their skills combined, their live performances push the boundaries of traditional DJ music to include live drumming, synth manipulation, turntablist scratching, and live effects., bringing the audience a show that they will never forget.  A truly live performance experience combining music ranging from boom bap hip hop to earth shaking dance music with a WordySoulspeak touch.  the duo embarked on making the the freshest bass heavy music that the world has heard.

Their 2011 self titled album has been met with critical acclaim and layed the foundation for Chinese experimental hip hop and electronic music. They have worked with various artists both nationally and globally.  Most recently with Shanghai-based singer Cha Cha creating one of the freshest and rawest trip hop ep’s entitled One More Day.  In addition, their remixes have been blasted in clubs and radio stations all over.

In 2010,Wordy and Diplo were invited by American fashion brand GAP as part of its launch campaign in China, and shoot by world famous photographer Annie Leibovitz. A true outlier with an innate pioneering spirit, Wordy has already cemented his place as a seminal force in today’s Chinese youth culture.

2009年 Dj Wordy 与来自洛杉矶的华裔超级制作人Soulspeak, 组成了中国最具实力的先锋双人电子音乐组合”WordySoulspeak”

2011年他们发行了同名HipHop音乐专辑 WordySoulspeak, 还有和本地艺人ChaCha合作的Trip Pop EP “One More Day”

WordySoulspeak – 两个制作人, DJ, 乐器演奏家, 从HipHop到Electronic, 现场演出全部都是原创音乐，他们的任务就是用他们的现场和音乐带你去外太空！

2010年, Wordy 和 Diplo 受美国时装品牌Gap的邀请，联合为Gap中国拍摄广告大片。拍摄由世界顶级人像摄影师Annie Leibovitz和掌镜。
